Over the years, I’ve worked closely with senior leaders to bring clarity to complex business questions — whether that means guiding long-term forecasting, aligning global stakeholders, or simplifying systems to help teams focus on what matters most. At Genentech, I’ve had the privilege of partnering with executives across finance, operations, and strategy to turn data into decisions that drive real-world impact.My work blends structure and insight with a strong sense of collaboration. I’ve led cross-functional efforts to streamline forecasting, improve governance, and foster a culture of continuous improvement — all within a global, matrixed environment. I enjoy bringing people together to solve problems in thoughtful, efficient ways.Most recently, I’ve been exploring how tools like AI and large language models can improve business planning and storytelling.
